How it all began !

After more than a decade in public accounting in the United States and Switzerland, I realized something was broken. Accounting salaries kept climbing, fewer people were entering the profession, and the gap was being filled by “financial consultants” whose fees rarely matched the value they delivered.

Just before I left KPMG, I was working with a client where the external consultant’s quarterly fee was higher than the total annual remuneration of the Senior Manager actually running the finance department. I saw firsthand how many companies were stuck paying exorbitant consulting fee for work that was, at best, mediocre.

That is when I decided to build something different: an outsourced accounting firm based on three simple promises.

#1 Put clients first. Work with clients to build a long-term relationship instead of chasing short term fees. Focus on quality. Ensure each client has a dedicated person who truly understands their business.

#2 Treat our people like professionals, not resources: Pay Big 4 level wages without the politics and burnout of the Big 4. Give our team flexibility, trust them to deliver, and treat the relationship as a two way street. Happy, well supported employees create happy, well served clients. It really is as simple as that.

#3 Be ethical and always do the right thing.
